My due date is
almost here! I have to complete traffic school NOW! How quickly can I get this
done?
You?ve
come to the right place. We know exactly what you have to do. If you really
want the quickest way to complete traffic school, our course is the best way.
Here is what you
have to do: Read our course and complete a final quiz. For most people this takes
a few hours. The faster you read the faster you can complete the course. For
some courts, as long as you complete your traffic school final quiz on or
before the due date, you are good to go. Your certificate is sent to the Court
via an electronic system. No need to wait for the certificate in the mail. For
the other courts, Express over night service is available. As long as you can
finish the course and final quiz before 3:00pm. Your certificate will arrive the next business day. If you finish your traffic school requirement after 3:00pm,
your information will be sent out the next business day.
How much does
the course cost? The price varies by County. In most Counties, the current
price is $16.95. In Butte, Imperial, Glenn, Lassen, Napa, Lake, Ventura, Riverside, Santa Cruz, Stanislaus, Lake and Ventura Counties, the cost is $21.95.
Can this course reduce my insurance
premium? There are typically four reasons for you to take this
course: you received a traffic ticket, you want to reduce your insurance
premium, the Court has sentenced you to take a defensive driving course or you
were instructed to do so by your employer.
Do I have to do the entire course in
one sitting? No. You can do this at your own pace. Your work is saved
by our system. You can work on one section today, the next section a week later.
There is no time limit imposed by us.
What happens if I lose my certificate
of completion? No problem!
No Time Traffic School is required to keep your information on file. At your
request, we will gladly mail you a duplicate certificate. There will be a $10
duplicate certificate re-issuance fee.
What is identity verification? Does
everybody have to do it? Identity verification is a procedure whereupon you
are required to prove who you are. There are currently two ways to do
this. One way is done online using Experian. Experian is a credit company.
Basically the Experian computer system will ask you a few multiple choice
questions regarding your credit history to which they already have the answers to. When you answer them correctly, you are done. There is a $5 charge for this
process. The second way is to get identified in person by a public notary. You have to go to a public notary in person to get your ID checked. You need to print out your test and have the public notary stamp your test and fax it back to us.
Identity verification is a requirement in
the following Counties only: Stanislaus, Napa, Santa Cruz, Glenn, Ventura, Lake, Lassen
Where can you find a Notary Public? Notaries can be found in any
city throughout California. Most banks, insurance broker, real estate offices,
Postal Annexes, UPS stores, and private Notary offices are easily accessible
and convenient. There are even mobile notary services that will come to you!
Will there be an additional cost? There may be an additional
cost, depending on where you find your notary. Many banks and insurance
companies will provide notary services free of charge. Otherwise, notaries are
limited to charging $10.00 per signature. (Remember: mobile notaries may charge
for mileage or travel time). All fees are the responsibility of the student.
What happens after I complete the final examination in front of the
notary? You can either fax or mail your completed final exam with the
verification form to NoTimeTrafficSchool.com. Our staff will then grade your
exam and send you or your Court (in some counties only) your certificate of
completion that same day if completed Monday through Friday prior to 2:00PM .
Remember: The
final examination is essentially a course review and you should not have any
problems passing with a score of 80% or higher. In the unlikely event that you
do not pass the first time you take the final, you may retake the exam, as many
times as necessary at no additional charge from us. However the notary may
charge more for each additional signature required.

"I think I gave you the wrong address when I registered". Oops! NoTimeTrafficSchool.com is NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MISROUTED MAIL OR INCORRECT ADDRESSES PROVIDED BY THE STUDENT. Should this occur, a reprocessing fee of $10 may be charged prior to us resending your certificate. Please
double-check the address you provide during registration as this will be
utilized for mailing your certificate of completion. Don't forget apartment numbers and to check the spelling of street names, etc.
How can I get a refund and/or cancel my registration?
If you will be unable to complete the course before your due date and think you
might need to cancel your registration, you may want to contact your Court to
see about getting an extension before giving up. Remember that we do have
express mail options and many courts do not mention that they will go by
postmarks or that they have grace periods. In addition, you may want to ask the
court if they will take a faxed copy of your certificate to hold pending receipt of the original. In the event that you will not be able to finish after all, we will be able to refund your payment in full if you have not taken the final exam. If you have passed or attempted the final exam you will be refunded in full, excluding any extra fees that we pay to third parties but only if your certificate has not already been mailed. If it has been mailed, you will need to return the original certificate before any refunds will be
granted. If you have not paid and would like to cancel your registration you do
not need to contact us. You will never be billed and your registration will be
purged automatically. Any and all refunds granted will be credited using the
same form of payment that was used at the time of the original payment
processing. If a credit card was used, only the same credit card used will be refunded. Cashier's checks, money orders, or cash will be refunded by company check. Refunds will only be granted for up to 6 months past the original payment date.
How many quizzes are
there? Our course is designed in six easy-to-read sections
and a multiple-choice, final exam (all of the questions in the final are taken
from the quizzes that you have already passed). Each section will have a 5 to
10-question, multiple-choice quiz that you will need to pass with 80%, before
proceeding to the next section or lesson. You will always be able to retake the
quizzes and final exam if you do not pass the first time, This is of course AT NO EXTRA COST to you. No one has ever failed our course.
I saw something about a "keyword," what is that used for? While
reading each section, you will find the "keyword" for that section. It is
recommended that you write it down because during the section quiz, you will
need to remember it. This is used to ensure that the students are actually
reading the material, and it is a Court requirement.
When can I start the
course? You may register for our web-based traffic school

procedures. If you have any questions, please call
